Customer Service Associate

Noble Citrus, a well-established citrus grower and shipper is searching for a Customer Service Associate to join their team in Winter Haven, Florida. The Customer Service Associate is a liaison between the sales department, accounting department, and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:     

• Assist sales team throughout the sales order and invoicing process.
• Generate sales reports.
• Manage orders in multiple online customer platforms.
• Flag, track, and manage documentation for trouble orders.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, sales team members, and packinghouse.
• Work with the accounting office to manage payables and receivables.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced business environment.
• Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of Excel or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Previous sales support or other operational administrative experience.
• Experience with Famous Software.
• Prior work experience in the produce industry, desirable, but not required.

Salary: $48,000 - $60,000
