The Opportunity
This is not a maintenance role. We’re looking for someone who can hunt new business and grow existing accounts — someone who wants real ownership of a high-potential territory.
You’ll have autonomy, executive visibility, and the ability to directly impact growth.
What You'll Own
- Drive new distribution across natural & conventional channels
- Expand placement, promotions, and shelf presence in existing accounts
- Lead and hold brokers accountable to growth targets
- Build direct relationships with buyers and distributors
- Manage trade spend and promotional ROI
- Use Circana/IRI/Nielsen and retailer portals to guide decisions
- Represent the company at key customer meetings and trade shows
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of CPG sales experience (natural products a strong plus)
- Experience working with brokers and/or retail buyers
- Competitive, self-directed, and comfortable opening new doors
- Analytical enough to manage budgets and trade spend efficiency
- Strong presenter and relationship builder
- Willing to travel as needed
- Based in the Eastern region (NY Metro preferred)
