Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative / Account Manager to represent our brands within the natural channel.  This role is responsible for building and maintaining retail relationships, driving distribution, executing sales strategies, and supporting overall brand growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and sell a curated portfolio of natural, specialty, and emerging brands to key retail accounts
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with retail buyers, store owners, category managers and distributor reps
  • Open new accounts and expand distribution within existing accounts
  • Execute sales plans, promotions, launches, and brand initiatives
  • Conduct store visits, product presentations, and follow-ups
  • Support product sampling, demos, and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Provide regular sales updates, feedback, and market insights to the Precision team and brand partners.
  • Track activity, account progress, and opportunities using internal reporting tools
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to align on strategy and execution

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in the natural products, CPG, food, beverage, or wellness industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of the natural and specialty retail landscape
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Passion for natural products and building brands
