The Role:
We have an immediate opening for an HR Administrator to join our team in Lake Worth, FL.
As an HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring our employees have a positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Managing employee files and ensuring compliance.
- Preparing and distributing regulatory filings.
- Processing HR invoices and expenses.
- Providing administrative support for various HR initiatives.
We're looking for someone with:
- An associate's degree in human resources or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
