As a fast-paced young healthcare company, ZyCal Bioceuticals Healthcare Company, Inc. is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the President, this position will be responsible for executing the marketing strategies across:
- Healthcare Professional Channels
- Direct to Consumer
Responsible for driving revenue and unit sales of existing and future products. The SMM will develop a deep understanding of market needs in business units, forecasting and analyzing business development and program metrics, while developing, coordinating and implementing marketing programs and materials, managing KOL development, publications plan, trade shows, and web programs. Additionally, a strong focus will be placed on PR marketing to drive consumer awareness and revenue growth.
Ideal candidate must possess a BS or BA degree in marketing or business with strong analytical skills and aptitude for learning basic science and MUST have 3 -10 years of marketing experience with quantifiable results; in nutritional, healthcare and consumer products. A solid understanding of both strategic and tactical marketing is necessary along with the ability to develop and implement programs that drive revenue and rapid results. The SPM must be able to multi-task and have excellent verbal and written skills. Strong leadership is critical as the position requires managing a small team, be held accountable for results and hit month, quarterly and annual growth objectives.
