As a fast-paced young healthcare company is looking for a Director of Marketing (DOM). Reporting directly to the President, this position will be responsible for executing the marketing strategies across the Direct to Consumer Channel and Healthcare Professional Channel.
Responsible for driving revenue and unit sales of existing and future products, the Director of Marketing will have a deep understanding and experience within the professional and consumer marketplaces. The job requires an entrepreneurial, hands-on Director who will develop and implement marketing programs and materials that drive measurable financial results, while hiring a team of product/marketing managers.
Ideal candidate must possess a BS or BA degree in marketing or business with strong analytical skills and aptitude for learning basic science and MUST have 3 - 10 years of marketing experience with quantifiable financial results; in nutritional, healthcare preferably or consumer products. A solid understanding of both strategic and tactical marketing is critical along with the ability to develop and implement programs that drive revenue with tight deadlines. The DOM must be able to multi-task and have excellent verbal and written skills, along with strong leadership and managerial skills. This is a new, developmental role, in a small, niche company that requires hands-on skills to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual growth objectives.
