Job Description: 

Summary of Job Duties: Increase Threshold sales of both manufactured and distributed brands within assigned territory through regular in-person visits and follow-up via phone and email. Will work in alignment with inside sales team, and corporate sales administration to provide high quality customer management.

Specific Job Duties:

  1. Increase Sales of both Manufactured and Distributed brands with a focus on manufactured product.
  2. Secure Source Naturals & Planetary Herbals distribution aligned with SKU priorities for the Channel.
  3. Establish positive relationship with every account “decision maker”.
  4. Establish Threshold as a “Distributor of Choice” for assigned accounts.
  5. Present all monthly specials to assigned accounts.
  6. Establish a positive and strategic working relationship with every account’s respective inside sales rep.
  7. Help facilitate promotions, returns, education opportunities and new item placement.
  8. Key goal is to end account visit/call with a Threshold order.
  9. Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management. [This must be listed as the last work activity function requirement.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  1. H.S. Diploma or equivalency, some college preferred.
  2. Minimum 3-4 years sales experience
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
  4. Working automobile with up-to-date registration and insurance.
  5. Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.

Skills and/or Training Desired:

  1. Minimum 2-year sales experience in Natural Channel.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
