We are currently seeking a Natural Sales Account Manager to join our team in a remote capacity.

SCHEDULE OF WORKING HOURS: 40 - 45 Hours Per Week, Monday - Friday, with occasional travel.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Any and all actions, tasks, communications, and support required for the efficient and effective facilitating of sales efforts and growth of the Soothing Touch Natural-related industry distributors or accounts - current and new. Sales goals will be required to maintain the job and position, and will be reviewed quarterly. Job descriptions are reviewed monthly with contractors.


  • Weekly department meetings; report, chair, and follow up as needed.
  • Connect regularly (weekly/monthly) with distributors, and track activities and progress.
  • Maintain current Natural distributor accounts and facilitate sales growth.
  • Vet and Onboard new “qualified” natural distributor accounts.
  • Maintain new natural distributor accounts and facilitate new sales growth.
  • Any other tasks related to supporting the natural sales division.
  • Onboarding good fit accounts to meet required sales goals described below.
  • Calling on current accounts regularly to meet their needs and grow business.
  • Visiting and meeting with current and potential accounts to acquire and grow business.
  • Any other efforts deemed necessary to promote, support, and propel department sales.


  • 5-10 years of progressive experience selling in a similar industry (preferred).
  • A high level of motivation with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines.
  • Discretion when working with confidential information.
  • Highly motivated to meet sales goals and build a strong sales team.
