Job Summary:
We are seeking a Natural Products Broker to build our retail sales in the identified regions. You will enjoy building great relationships, working with and listening to our wholesale partners, winning new accounts, cultivating more sales from current accounts, educating our retail partners, and growing sales in your territory. You will be supported by our marketing and customer support teams. You will benefit from our monthly sales meetings, sales materials, and commission opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-motivated, driven, with a proven track record in natural products sales and building relationships.
Duties:
- Ability to close sales and turn them into repeat and loyal partners/customers.
- Build and manage your accounts through regular service and support
- Travel to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Present, promote and educate accounts on why to buy QOL products using compelling language to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide feedback and ideas for how to improve sales within your area.
- Attention to detail, be able to think quickly on your feet and improvise appropriately when needed.
- Ability to travel to meet customers/clients within territory and attend sales events or exhibits.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of sales experience.
- Experience selling natural products.
- 1-2+ years selling supplements and natural products to natural product stores.
- Strong sales skills
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Knowledge of the natural products industry and other supplement/nutraceutical products
- Self motivated
- Highly organized with good follow up
- Creative problem solver
