ProHealth, a vitamin company providing high-quality, science-backed supplements for 33 years, is seeking a full-time Inventory-Purchasing Manager to work alongside our sales and distribution team to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that all products are shipped timely. We are a fast-paced, growing company located next to the beach in Carpinteria, CA.
- Candidate must have nutritional supplement industry knowledge and experience in purchasing of manufactured products, bill of materials and product sourcing.
- Two years’ experience minimum.
- Attention to detail and strong organization and communication skills.
- Self-motivated team-player.
- Understand optimized inventory controls.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
- Experience with Oracle-NetSuite Inventory Systems is beneficial.
- Create and analyze inventory movement reports.
- Manage vendors.
- Properly order supplies and products including raw materials, labels, etc.
- Salary is dependent on experience.
