LODC Group is looking for an experienced, high-energy Executive Sales Manager to step into a director-level role with the company. The Sales Director position will primarily focus on driving sales and distribution of Lily of the Desert brand in the Natural Channel and will also manage the customer service and order-entry team.
Qualified candidates will have five or more years of demonstrated sales career progression in the Natural Channel interfacing with major retail accounts. This excellent opportunity demands an in-depth knowledge of Ecommerce protocol, consumer behavior, MAP policies, and will also require:
- BA/BS in marketing or related degree, or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel as needed (20% or less)
- Familiarity with ‘certified organic’ certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of operating budgets, forecasts and MCBs
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Ability to inspire your team
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP Systems
