JOB FILLED - Green Spoon Accelerator - Promotion and Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description: 

Green Spoon Sales is excited to announce the formation of a new and unique business team, dedicated to the support of emerging brands. Green Spoon’s accelerator program will specialize in helping emerging brands strategize, focus and scale. All at affordable costs with experienced natural CPG experts.
Accelerator is a team separate from Green Spoon Sales dedicated to delivering best-in-class access to the strategic retail partners needed to catapult brands into CPG relevance.
Driven by the desire to transform the retail landscape, our team helps brands gain access to retail stores and shelf space, in addition to driving sales through marketing and promotions.
Green Spoons accelerator is looking for an administrative position to support key accounts. We are seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented person with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and prior experience managing retailer promotions.


  • Work directly with account managers and assigned retailers to plan and submit promotions for our vendor partners.
  • Develop positive and trusting relationships with all principals as the promotions lead for the region.
  • Manage annual promo planning with our principals, account managers, and retailers.
  • Work with the Green Spoon team to continuously improve effectiveness and productivity, solve issues and address concerns.
  • Ensure all regional vendor commitments are correctly documented and filed in the appropriate company shared folders.
  • Maintain company tools and resources for our team and clients.
  • Work closely with accelerator’s Key Account Managers to support with new items submissions, deck preparation and any other related activities to help secure distribution at key retailers.

  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Previous natural foods and grocery experience required.
  • Understanding of distributor & retailer promotions preferred.
  • Experience working with conventional retailers a plus.
