Job Description: 
JOB SUMMARY 
  • Responsible for planning and executing sales trade events from concept through completion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, partnering with internal Sales and Marketing Teams and external exhibit and event planning companies to coordinate event products, literature, signage, and on-site setup/tear down to ensure efficient and successful events. Position also participates in event ideation ensuring alignment to brand image, event budget, and industry trends.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Lead the planning and execution of company events including National Sales Conference, industry trade shows, key account events, and additional assigned events. Partner with internal Sales and Marketing Teams and external exhibit and event planning companies to secure product, literature, and signage; coordinate on-site setup, management, tear down, and other miscellaneous event preparation. Drive project deadlines and ensure events align with brand image and allocated budget. 
  • Participate in the ideation, conceptualization, and execution of sales trade events. Lead event debriefs to measure effectiveness and recommend changes for upcoming events. Actively brainstorms new ideas and researches competitors and industry best practices and trends. 
  • Other related duties as required.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2 years of event coordination experience required
SPECIFIC OR ADDITIONAL SKILLS
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent project coordination, tracking, and follow up skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a portfolio of projects from inception to delivery while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent oral, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with project management software preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
