Job Description: 
JOB SUMMARY 
  • Responsible for assisting with the set up, maintenance, and overall functionality of sales, item management, and promotional management portals for Key Account Trading Partners within the Natural Channel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring accuracy of product data, pricing, and discount setup within portals and internal systems and liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of promotional programs. Position also assists with managing contractor onboarding, obtaining and maintaining documentation, ensuring payment, allocating in-store engagements, updating and maintaining the portal, liaising with sales reps for allocation form updates, and distributing promotional and branding materials for the Consumer Engagement Program. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Works with Portal & Promotions Manager on weekly, monthly and quarterly promotions in assigned Key Account portals for the designated time period. Ensures accurate invoicing and customer payment by collaborating with the Pricing Department to verify the portals and internal promotion setup are in alignment. Adjusts portal setup and communicates changes to appropriate teams when adjustments to existing promotions are made.
  • Assists with the management of the Consumer Engagement Program including but not limited to orienting new contractors, obtaining and maintaining documentation, ensuring payment, allocating in-store engagements, updating and maintaining the portal, liaising with sales reps for allocation form updates, and distributing promotional and branding materials. 
  • Partners with internal and external teams including National and Key Account Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Accounting, Operations, Buyers and Category Managers in a professional and proactive manner to troubleshoot and assists in resolving portal discrepancies. Makes appropriate recommendations on portal functionality as needed. 
  • Assists with the creation of and maintains new items and item hierarchies in Key Account portals ensuring information is complete and accurate at all available packaging levels for item setup and maintenance. Helps to manage separate item catalogues for specialty retailers.
  • Attends trainings and conferences as needed to keep up to date with changes to industry standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor Degree Preferred 
EXPERIENCE 
  • 3+ years of in-depth knowledge working with ERP systems 
  • 2+ years experience managing processes pertaining to sales, item management, and/or promotional management portals
  • Experience managing multiple responsibilities within a fast paced environment
SPECIFIC OR ADDITIONAL SKILLS
  • Strong Excel skills and aptitude
  • Strong Project Management and Organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently for on-time delivery
SPECIALIZED, KNOWLEDGE, LICENSES, ETC.
  • 1WorldSync data pool experience required
  • Knowledge of current GS1 Standards
  • Oracle and EDI HQ (or similar) experience desirable
