JOB FILLED - Sales and Marketing Specialist

Foods Alive is a family-owned manufacturer of high-quality organic food products. We are looking for a passionate and professional sales & marketing person to promote our products to natural and specialty foods stores across the USA.

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will find and research stores that may be appropriate to carry Foods Alive products and contact stores by phone and/or email to obtain placement of our products into these stores.

Office duties:

• Locate, contact and establish new customers
• Create, maintain and enter information into database
• Answer and direct phone calls to provide customer service
• Service existing customers
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Use computer for various applications such as database management, word processing and email

• Strong phone presence and excellent listening skills are a must
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Collaborative team member and great interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Education/Experience:
• High School diploma
• Sales, 1 year
• Customer service, 1 year
• Standard user/proficient in email, typing, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience within natural foods category is a plus
• QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
