What You’ll Do
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content that reflects our vibrant brand.
- Partner with agencies, PR, and influencers to expand our reach.
- Organize and represent Bako Sweet at trade shows and events.
- Support sales with shopper marketing programs, collateral, and campaigns that win at retail.
- Analyze market trends and shopper behavior to keep us ahead of the competition.
- Help manage marketing budgets and ensure resources drive real results.
What We’re Looking For
- A marketing pro with 2–3 years of experience (produce industry experience a plus, but not required).
- Strong communicator with a creative eye for design and storytelling.
- Confident across social platforms, digital campaigns, and content creation tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves seeing ideas come to life.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, demos, and key meetings (up to 25%).
