Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date grower records and reports, including setting up incoming grower shipment lists, grower lot numbers and block ID's.
• Set up commission and rebate rates in the Famous system in coordination with contract terms.
• Collaborate closely with the Controller and senior management to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare ocean freight for each incoming lot and ensure payment to ocean carriers in a timely manner.
• Review and validate accounts receivable payments prior to finalizing grower liquidations to ensure accuracy.

Skills:

• Understanding of general principle of accounting.
• Proficiency in Famous software, excel and word.
