Job Description: 

We are importers and manufacturers of Natural disposable tableware and janitorial eco friendly products, mainly  in food services and retail space since 2015. We need a vibrant and energetic team to take the company to the next level.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company through a period of significant growth and to navigate a highly competitive market landscape. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in this role in our industry, with a proven track record in product development, sales, operations, cost management, and financial oversight, including expertise in EBITDA. This role offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and potential profit-sharing opportunities to align the CEO's success with the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive company growth, enhance market share, and achieve financial objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all departments.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Sales and Marketing: Lead sales and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions to accelerate growth and market presence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in executive leadership roles within our industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of product development, sales strategies, operational management, and financial analysis, including proficiency in EBITDA.
  • Relationships: Established network of industry contacts and a history of successful partnerships and negotiations.
  • Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
  • Performance Bonus: Eligibility for annual bonuses based on company performance metrics.
  • Profit Sharing: Potential for profit-sharing arrangements to align personal success with company profitability.
  • Equity Options: Consideration for stock options or equity participation, subject to company policies.
