Job Description: 

The Vice President of Sales position reports to the Managing Partner at ANG. This position is responsible for the overall growth in the OCS, Vending, Micro Market, Hospitality, Travel, and C&U channels of sales. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Team development and management.  Manage a team of regional and area sales professionals throughout the country. Hire new area and regional managers throughout the country in key areas
  • Manage and organize all sales within OCS, Micro market, vending, hospitality, travel, and college & university channels
  • Develop and grow new channels of sales through direct reports, trade show leads, relationships and the help of partners
  • Acquire new accounts and grow the ANG portfolio within those channels
  • Manage existing account base and grow ANG portfolio business within existing accounts
  • Manage CRM and other team management and reporting systems. Maintain a reporting system that can be communicated to brand partners
  • Run regular guidance and consulting calls with brand partners
  • Attend relevant trade shows and represent the ANG portfolio

Requirements:

  • This is a full time position
  • Travel – 50% of time
  • 10+ years of sales management experience with multiple direct reports
  • Attend trade shows and company events as needed
  • Ability to take the lead in company event organization and projects
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Word efficiency.  Able to work with Google Docs suite and general knowledge of other programs related to job functions

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years of grab and go CPG experience required
  • College degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally to build retailer relationships, and in writing to accomplish follow-up.
  • Knowledge of, Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, word, and Power Point.
  • Diversified experience as a buyer, operator, distributor rep, and broker all a plus
