Your Role: Regional Sales Manager

As a key member of the team, you'll drive growth and expand Sabinsa’s market presence in your assigned region. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and CEO Americas, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects across the nutraceutical, cosmeceutical, and functional food & beverage sectors.
  • Regional Market Strategy: Understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in your region. Develop and execute a tailored sales plan for maximum revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service, addressing concerns, and cultivating long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance using CRM software, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to management on progress and market feedback.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery and leverage resources to support sales goals.
  • Travel & Regional Presence: Travel within the region (60-75%) to meet clients, attend events, and build relationships, ensuring a strong presence in key territories.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field. Scientific/technical background preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, particularly in the nutraceutical or dietary supplement industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., ACT) and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the natural products, nutrition, or cosmetics industries is a plus.
