We have an immediate opening for a Brand Ambassador in Southern California.
Brand Ambassadors are the face of the brand. This person will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to make quick decisions. The Brand Ambassador will be comfortable answering questions and demoing products in front of a crowd.
Roles and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Maximize sales with new and existing accounts.
- Provide top-notch customer service in a professional and relatable manner.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and new clients and collect consumer feedback.
- Find ways to improve and develop sales numbers by analyzing performances for all relevant accounts and monitoring competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities.
- Perform in-store product demonstrations and trainings at natural retailers within your region to educate on Nuzest products.
- Identify additional opportunities for demos such as holistic doctors’ offices, gyms, etc. to grow brand awareness.
- Attend events, trade shows, etc., and provide samples to gain brand awareness.
- Travel to various locations within your territory on a regular basis.
- Set up and break down tabletop displays at events.
- Track and restock inventory at existing natural retail stores.
- Share new and exciting ideas with Wholesale Account Managers for new and innovative ways to market the brand.
- Maintain a database of clients (Streak) and follow up as needed to maintain excellent partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and able to work with the public.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, wellness, natural health, and/or nutrition.
- Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills.
- Customer Oriented – build relationships with suppliers and put the customer at the forefront of their strategies and plans.
- Previous experience in a customer-oriented role is advantageous for this aspect of the job.
- Must be goal-oriented and work to meet and exceed financial goals.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the natural foods market and the brand’s competitors.
- Ability to answer questions regarding the brand story, mission, values and benefits, and uniqueness of our brand and specific products.
- This person will have a passion for the natural product lifestyle.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals.
- Must possess good organizational skills, be punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Driver’s license required.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, as well as the ability to process information clearly, is vital to this role
- This role requires the ability to utilize data sheets and produce presentations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Experience in sales is required. Phone sales experience would be an asset.
