Our growing "boutique" brokerage has been representing the finest direct supplement and body care lines for over 30 years. We are looking for a self-starting individual with experience in the natural foods industry, and preferably some experience in outside sales.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) regular sales calls, new store sets and resets for all accounts in the assigned territory (health/natural food stores, independent pharmacies), product education, and relationship development with both accounts and vendors. Periodic interaction in the field with regional vendor managers and educators will also be part of the "job", as will active participation at Expo East (if and when it’s back!) and occasional out of town sales meetings with vendors once they start again.
Reliable car is necessary, as are strong computer and organizational skills...multi-tasking is a must! Knowledge of and ability to manage social media for the company is a plus! This is an independent sales position, commission based, not an employee position. Non-competing brands may also be represented.
