Paragon Laboratories seeks a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the contract manufacturing industry, preferably in dietary supplement sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving up to $2MM+ annually in new product revenue. This individual will thrive in a dynamic sales environment, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the sales process from prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business.

New Business Development: Grow gross revenue up to $2MM+ by identifying and developing new client relationships in the dietary supplement contract manufacturing space.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Revenue Growth: Execute strategies to exceed sales targets and drive new business growth consistently.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales within the contract manufacturing industry (preferred). Proven success in generating new product revenue.

Sales Expertise: Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.

Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust-based relationships with a keen understanding of client needs.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, and related industry experience preferred.
