JOB FILLED - Partner Program Sales Manager

Job Description: 
We are Healthy Habits – a very successful U.S. based 20+ year-old health and wellness brand. We offer a unique selection of effective products designed to help our customers to enjoy healthy and vibrant aging.
 
Our products include dietary supplements as well as topicals - like our very popular StemCell Maxum & DermaTox product lines.
 
We are a lean, mean and entrepreneurial team that is tight-knit and that believes in family.
 
Our brand-new Partner Program designation will formalize and build on the business-to-business relationships we already have in place, with a focus on growing our revenues through the addition of new partners:
  • Various health & wellness practitioner offices,
  • Independent pharmacies, supplement and retail stores,
  • Gyms,
  • Etc.
As the leader of this business unit, you will:
  • Work with the senior team to brainstorm and develop the Go-to-market plan
  • Be the face of the program,
  • Be prime for implementing the plan,
  • Engage directly with potential customers to promote the Partner Program and bring on new partners, and,
  • Work with 3rd party services such as “Match Square”, etc., to acquire new customers.
You need to be:
  • Independent “Outside-The -Box” thinker – coming up with exciting new ideas
  • Self-motivated – as we don’t micromanage here
  • Results driven – we believe results matter
  • Organized – can track progress systematically and accurately
  • Persistent – will drive sales from prospect to close
  • A people person
  • Analytical
  • Comfortable with reporting using tools like Excel.
You should be able to demonstrate the above via specific examples, as well as being able to demonstrate that you have proven sales “power of persuasion” skills via past examples of business-to-business sales successes.
 
For bonus points you have:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and cutting-edge sales tactics and best practices
• An interest in and good understanding of nutrition basics
• Polished appearance and presentation skills
 
We offer flexibility in that this can be an office based or a remote position. We have a physical office in Tempe, AZ. where you can have an office, or you can work from home (or any combination thereof).
 
Compensation is uncapped and is comprised of base salary and commission.
