The Wholesale Account Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Global Healing’s Wholesale customers, including onboarding new accounts, managing customer
 information, converting Purchase Orders to Invoices, coordinating with the GH Fulfillment team regarding shipping details, assuring that customer contract details are adhered to, and any other aspects of the relationship.  The Wholesale Account Specialist will be encouraged to reach out independently to customers to assure they are happy with Global Healing as a vendor and offer assistance where needed.

Responsibilities: 

  • Using Zendesk to manage incoming customer calls and inquiries
  • Placing wholesale orders and creating invoices 
  • Introducing new products to wholesale accounts 
  • Providing necessary information for shipment/fulfillment 
  • Upselling, cross-selling, offering samples 
  • Performing data entry and data management via Zendesk, QuickBooks and Zoey to track relationship history and provide context for others on the Wholesale team
  • Attending regularly scheduled team meetings
  • Participating in marketing events such as conferences, sometimes on weekends 
  • Going the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers; 
  • Coordinates with fulfillment and Quality Control Department to facilitate Domestic and International orders 

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or inside/outside sales experience or experience as an account representative, manufacturers representative, or wholesale representative.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in writing, by phone, and in person 
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Customer oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers 
  • Knowledge of natural health industry 
  • Actively embraces healthy living;
