We are seeking a Wholesale Account Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas.
The Wholesale Account Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Global Healing’s Wholesale customers, including:
- Onboarding new accounts
- Managing customer information
- Converting Purchase Orders to Invoices
- Coordinating with the GH Fulfillment team regarding shipping details
- Assuring that customer contract details are adhered to
- Any other aspects of the relationship.
The Wholesale Account Specialist will be encouraged to reach out independently to customers to assure they are happy with Global Healing as a vendor and offer assistance where needed.
