Here’s the Job:

The Retail Channel Manager (RCM) is responsible for the sales and the healthy development of our products in Retail (Natural, Grocery, Mass, and select specialty ecommerce accounts). The RCM should have strong relationship building skills and a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. This position is located in Houston,TX on a hybrid schedule. 


  • Develops a strategic plan to optimize existing sales programs and suggests new sales programs for new and existing accounts, driving incremental revenue and profitability.
  • Grows sales volume and brand penetration for Global Healing products by developing business with new retail accounts and expanding business with existing accounts.
  • Actively prioritizes tasks to reach quarterly and annual sales goals assigned by management.
  • Builds and maintains long-lasting customer relationships, serving as primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Negotiates favorable business terms that result in win-win partnerships.
  • Manages financial responsibilities, including:

    • P&L
    • Forecasting
    • Terms for Customer accounts
  • Maintains communication with internal teams to ensure new product launch materials are provided in time to secure new product placement in retail accounts.
  • Communicates market conditions to management to ensure the company’s programs and plans are competitive, focused and primed for success.


  • 5+ years of experience working in Outside Sales, Regional Sales Manager or similar
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work with various departments to resolve issues
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Strong understanding of retail sales and digital marketing
  • Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding performance goals
