This role is tailor-made for a dynamic VP of HR, offering the chance to shape the strategic trajectory of our client's HR organization. Joining the executive team, the VP of HR will implement strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on fostering a constructive and inclusive workplace culture that propels employees toward excellence. Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Lead the strategic conception and execution of HR initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on human resources, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Advocate for comprehensive HR functions encompassing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning, and development, among others.
  • Cultivate favorable employee relationships, emphasizing effective communication, cooperation, and adept conflict resolution across all tiers.
  • Curate and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Propel initiatives that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a workspace conducive to individual growth and achievement.
  • Stay abreast of ever-evolving labor laws and regulations, assuring the continued compliance of HR policies with statutory requirements.
  • Design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
  • Guide the high-functioning Human Resources, Safety, and Training teams.

  • An established record of over a decade in progressive HR leadership roles, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership capacities.
  • Profound understanding of prevailing HR best practices, employment law intricacies, and industry trends.
  • Superlative communication and interpersonal aptitude, facilitating effective engagement with stakeholders at every echelon.
  • A zeal for steering positive cultural transformations and change management endeavors.
  • Adept in HRIS systems and associated technological platforms.
  • Possesses pertinent HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
  • Bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish and English preferred
  • Preference for a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cultural transformation and change management efforts.
