We are a pet supplies supply chain company that wholesales throughout the United States.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead our team to achieve operational

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure all processes run smoothly
  • Develop and optimize inventory control and shipping/receiving proceduresCoordinate closely with our team to ensure accurate data and smooth logistics flow
  • Monitor order processing and logistics scheduling to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Supervise forklift operations and enforce safety compliance
  • Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to improve team performance
  • Handle workforce planning, shift scheduling, and payroll budgeting
  • Resolve employee conflicts and maintain a positive team culture
  • Communicate with other departments to solve operational issues
  • Analyze operational data and present improvement plans to upper management

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (Chinese)
  • 3+ years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, experience for retail channels fulfillment 
  • Organizational and Coordination skills
  • Proven ability to manage people. Experience in workforce planning and salary budget management
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  • Highly committed, proactive, and results-driven

Job Type: Full-time Mon-Fri
Location: Ontario Ca
Pay: $72,000-$100,000
