We are seeking a highly capable and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead our team to achieve operational
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure all processes run smoothly
- Develop and optimize inventory control and shipping/receiving proceduresCoordinate closely with our team to ensure accurate data and smooth logistics flow
- Monitor order processing and logistics scheduling to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Supervise forklift operations and enforce safety compliance
- Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to improve team performance
- Handle workforce planning, shift scheduling, and payroll budgeting
- Resolve employee conflicts and maintain a positive team culture
- Communicate with other departments to solve operational issues
- Analyze operational data and present improvement plans to upper management
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Chinese)
- 3+ years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience preferred
- Strong leadership, experience for retail channels fulfillment
- Organizational and Coordination skills
- Proven ability to manage people. Experience in workforce planning and salary budget management
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Highly committed, proactive, and results-driven
