Employer Introduction

Since 2011, wildbrine has been experimenting with fermented vegetables, growing from the two original flavors to seven unique krauts, each boasting its own brightness, three bold kimchi flavors, two spicy srirachas, and two delightfully unique fermented salsas. In 2021, we launched wildCREAMERY leveraging wildbrine’s fermentation expertise to deliver plant-based alternatives to traditional dairy mainstays including plant-based sour cream, cream cheese, four dips, butter, and a brie alternative. Located in Sonoma County, California, wildbrine sells products throughout the US, Canada, and on a limited basis in both Japan and Korea.
