The Position: Natural Medicine Pharmacy Store Manager Dr. Randolph’s Natural Medicine Pharmacy is committed to providing the highest quality of individually compounded prescription medications, pharmaceutical grade vitamins, supplements and nutraceuticals as well as select inventory of natural health and beauty products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced hands-on Store Manager. Necessary Qualities: • Customer Service: Exceed customer expectations for service. • Revenue responsibility: Understand the importance of managing product selection and inventory to meet Company goals for revenue growth. • Adaptability: Deal with frequent change, manage competing demands, and handle unexpected events with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Include: • Recruit, hire, develop, mentor and motivate staff. • Maintain a primary focus on customer service. • Complete daily ordering and receiving to achieve correct stock levels. • Adjust product mix, stock levels, and merchandising to achieve revenue goals. • Achieve required sales, margin, expense, and labor targets. • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment. • Support and participate in employee training programs. • Communicate and report to Store Owner and Pharmacy Manager. • Complete projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Must have at least 3 years of retail supervision experience. • Must have computer skills and be able to operate necessary equipment. • Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds. • Knowledge of dietary supplements and organic/natural health and beauty products desired.
