Employer Introduction

Cookbook author Maya Kaimal founded her line of Indian foods in 2003. Her goal was to produce well balanced Indian sauces using premium ingredients that captured what she tasted in her relative's kitchens in India. Her line of all natural sauces are sold in both refrigerated and shelf stable formats, in Whole Foods nationwide, and over 1000 retailers across the country, including Costco and Williams-Sonoma. Her products have won SOFI gold and silver awards, and are frequently featured in national publications. This is a rapidly growing brand based in New York.
