Liberty Orchards Company is celebrating it's 93rd year as manufacturers of fruit and nut confections, most famously the Pacific Northwest specialty, Aplets & Cotlets. The company was founded by two Armenian immigrants, Mark Balaban and Armen Tertsagian, and the company is still owned and managed by the founding families. Liberty Orchards is located in Cashmere, a charming small town in the heart of the orchard country of Washington State. Three years ago, the company introduced Orchard Bars, a delicious and nutritious health bar made from fruits, nuts, seeds, and soy.
