The Position: TERRITORY REP – SOUTHERN WASHINGTON

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS:

Evergreen Herbal Sales Reps call on Medical Collectives and Recreational stores to increase sales in current accounts as well as generate new business.  In addition, they will educate and train stores on product information as well as the value of the brand.
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:    

 

  • Understands and conveys Evergreen Herbal vision, core values and what makes the brand/company unique in the industry
  • Visits on average 10-15 stores daily to increase dollars and shelf space
  • Identifies and qualifies new accounts within territory
  • Educates and trains store staff on product knowledge and value of the brand
  • Creates and maintains schedule of daily contacts through a CRM
  • Attends and participates in sales meetings
  • Attends and assists in planning for Industry events
  • Meets and exceeds company quotas in all product lines
  • Reports to work on a daily basis to meet and exceed sales goals 
  • Assists with store demos upon request
  • Must be able to travel overnight
  • Must have reliable vehicle

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Shares openly their passion for the products
  • Outside sales experience with a proven track record
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office and a CRM
  • Must be a Road Warrior
  • Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and good driving record
  • Must currently live within assigned territory

Very competitive compensation plan that is a draw on commissions on sales.  Full expenses paid.
