Cholaca is a pure liquid cacao and is made from the finest cacao in the world. We work directly with our farmers and co-ops in Ecuador and Peru. Cholaca has only 3 ingredients: cacao, coconut sugar and water. Cholaca is based out of Boulder, CO.
