Position Overview:

This position exists at the corporate level to provide sales & marketing support in Business development to the President/CEO .The incumbent of this position is responsible to complete a variety of tasks and in a very sensitive, and in confidential environment. The primary purpose of this position is to reduce the sales & Mkt. workload for the CEO.We are a sales driven company which must demand the most positive spirit, attitude and appearance from all of its employees.

Skills and Knowledge Required: . This person must possess exceptional writing skills. Must be capable of speaking with customers from a wide cultural divergence including distributors/buyers from many countries.

Must possess exceptional organizational skills. In addition, this person is required to have a professional working knowledge of Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT and other administrative systems, which may be required to complete assigned tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Brokers and implement strategy to gain distribution & evaluate their performance level. Review and maintain existing customers. Forecast sales revenue & establish marketing budget. Develop new sales and distribution channel. Planning all promotions, discounts MCB’s etc. Setting up specific program for new & potential customers. Preparing details sales & marketing plan for all brands. Defining and identifying new markets and developing a maximum penetration plan. Direct and evaluate marketing materials. Planning agendas & events, seminar, trade shows and sales training. Attend exhibit & trade shows.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • At least four years college degree in Business Admin or related field and three years of progressively increased experience in Natural products/Mass market’s industry as Sale & Mkt senior level management.
