We’re looking for 2 Territory Sales Managers to help grow our presence across Southern California! You'll be the go-to expert, building strong partnerships with healthcare practitioners (HCPs) while driving sales growth in your assigned region.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of Standard Process—regularly visiting HCP offices in your territory to educate and engage on our products

Develop strong, lasting relationships with new and existing accounts
Utilize cutting-edge sales tactics and market data to drive revenue - Partner with inside sales reps to maximize opportunities and provide top-notch customer service

Lead in-person and virtual educational programs for HCPs and distributor sales teams
Represent Standard Process at regional and national trade shows - Leverage your knowledge of nutrition and the supplement industry to identify new business opportunities
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience—preferably in natural health, wellness, or supplements
- A solid understanding of nutrition and the healthcare practitioner channel
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) to track and analyze sales data
- Strong presentation and communication skills—you can confidently educate and influence HCPs
- Tenacity, passion, and a drive for results

Location & Travel:
- Remote within the assigned territory. We have 2 open roles!
- Ventura Territory - this person will ideally be located near Ventura or Thousand Oaks/Agoura Hills, CA
- ~20-25% overnight travel required
- West LA Territory - this person will ideally be located between Santa Monica and Long Beach, CA. This territory will include travel to Hawaii.
- ~10-15% overnight travel required
Salary Range: $82,991.04 - $124,488.08 annually.
While our full salary range is listed, it is uncommon for us to bring new employees in above the midpoint. The anticipated hiring range for this position is between $82,991.04 and $103,739.56, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your annual salary, you have the ability to earn quarterly sales bonuses!
