This role will be based in our Salinas, CA office. We are unfortunately unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
We are seeking to hire a Claims Settlement Coordinator, who will assist the Buying team with day to day order confirmations in an accounting and administrative function.
What you'll be doing with us:
- Assisting the Buying team with day-to-day order confirmations
- Ensuring all order confirmations are accurate and priced correctly
- Putting the order confirmations in the attachments and shipping the files accordingly
- Uploading and creating claim tickets when products arrive with issues
- Complete Troubleshoot/claims reports and a detailed list of all claims tickets
- Making sure files are marked correctly for claims
- Keep a detailed list of all claims reports for the Buyer(s) you'll assist
- Enter claims into the system and follow-up on addressing, resolving and closing out all claims in a timely manner
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year(s) of accounting experience preferred
- Excel experience required
- High attention to detail
- Good follow-through and organizational skills
