JOB FILLED - National Educator

Job Description: 

The National Educator will work closely with Natural Factors US Sales and Marketing Management to create and deliver educational presentations, tools and programs that will inspire audiences and foster sales growth. In addition to delivering presentations, the National Educator will regularly work with territory sales representatives to evaluate and fine-tune aisle training skills and meet with retailers to evaluate and provide recommendations on tools, programs, competition and other identified opportunities. Job Description & Duties:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing management to identify educational needs and priorities that serve strategic initiatives and priorities
  • Deliver brand and product presentations to both live and virtual audiences of all sizes
  • Create educational content for various platforms
  • Participate in the review and approval of product content to ensure accuracy and claim/DSHEA compliance
  • Assist with competitive analyses and develop tools to position Natural Factors products against the competition in a manner that is in accordance with our brand and core values
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new Sales, Marketing and Customer Service employees specific to brand and product specific details
  • Engage in field work with employee and broker sales representatives to reinforce key initiatives, evaluate and fine tune aisle training skills andmeet with customers
  • Attend required trade shows, conferences and company events
  • Use available reporting to inform education strategy
  • Collaborate on the development of an impactful webinar program for retail audiences, managing projects from start to finish when required
  • Ad hoc projects as needed and requested

Requirements:

Technical

  • Bachelors of Science preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years national field nutrition education experience within the health retail industry required
  • Holistic Health credential preferred
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Natural Health Products and Supplements
  • Proficient in the following:

    • Microsoft suite: Word, Excel
    • Presentation software: PowerPoint
    • Webinar and audio conferencing platforms
    • Lecturing and public speaking 

Attributes

  • Excellent command of the English language and outstanding writing skills
  • Ability to collaborate on projects and work cross departmentally with various groups
  • Must have a US driver’s license and be able to travel within the US & Canada
