RADIUS is seeking a full-time Sales Administrator & Broker Manager who will actively oversee and support sales activities in-house and externally. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position is responsible for ensuring RADIUS achieves its targeted revenue, profit, and ROI goals for customers either directly or via managed by third party broker agency networks. The individual will manage the entire portfolio, both managing existing customers and building new customer relationships. The position will be the foundational liaison between B2B Customers, Broker Sales team, and internal departments for streamlined execution of all activities and successful achievement of goals.

From diligent and speedy management of sales tasks that drive company revenue to the premium brand support that is provided to retailers and broker teams, the Sales Administrator & Broker Manager is there to make it all happen. Your expertise lies in your positivity, approachability, and execution abilities in a rapidly changing small company environment ranging from top executives and sales team members to molding techs and shipping managers. As Sales Administrator & Broker Manager, you will be the first impression for the entire organization and play a critical role in the daily operations both inside the office and out in the world.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for supporting VP of Sales, B2B Customers, and 3rd party Broker activities in all Channel Accounts, domestic and international, to grow revenue
  • Maintain, prioritize, and manage multiple objectives including distribution, pricing, promotion, merchandising, category expansion and co-marketing utilizing third party broker partners.
  • Drive full understanding of retail execution plans for all customers, ensuring execution is optimized and results are maximized.
  • Work closely with VP of Sales to uncover additional customer opportunities of expansion and distribution.
  • Deeply understand the strategic purpose of our brand as well as our customers to bridge strategies and drive long term profitable growth for both parties
  • Collaborate and build strong internal relationships to successfully represent brands across broker and customer base.
  • Effectively communicate internal strategies and work with 3rd party broker team to align or negotiate with customers.
  • Strategically analyze, forecast and plan B2B customer base to align with internal sales goals and targets.
  • Generate and analyze data including syndicated Nielsen/IRI and account specific POS.
  • Deliver post customer analysis and recaps in order to drive customer efficiencies both internally and externally.
  • Ability to formulate fact based selling stories and to sell vs. tell (Sell and negotiate intricate program events to targeted accounts); craft PowerPoints for internal and external use, new item presentation, brand presentations, retailer presentations, internal meeting presentations, etc.
  • Coordinate Trade Budget with VP of Sales and work with 3rd party brokers to spend within trade budget, assess plan for effectiveness, and make appropriate adjustments
  • Perform Administrative tasks to support sales team, achieve successful sales results and meet goals.
  • Work with Supervisor, Marketing team, and Admin Assistant(s) for Trade Show Management
  • Manage and oversee the Sales & Marketing Assistant with day-to-day tasks, projects, form management, contact list management, SharePoint database marketing assets, etc. to ensure the Sales Team has the proper materials to do their job
  • Create and/or manage all documents related to sales team, including promo calendars price lists, new item forms, distributor forms, etc. Maintain database accuracy in SharePoint
  • Assists with domestic and international distributor and account requests such as marketing materials, photos, quality documents, import documents, etc.
  • Maintains sales announcement calendar centered around promotions; creates and approves email blasts for upcoming promotions; send emails out to various contact groups (internal & external) in a pre-defined timeline
  • Works with Sales & Marketing Assistant to maintain/upkeep industry databases and platforms, such as Range Me, IX-One, World Sync, GS1
  • Manages and works with the Sales & Marketing Assistant and Marketing Manager on ecommerce platforms as needed
  • Troubleshooting issues and questions from our team, brokers, and B2B customers
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent; Minimum of 5 years of CPG customer and/or broker management and/or Successful track record of delivering exceptional sales results
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extremely Detail-orientated and understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Must be extremely organized and able to work under moving deadlines
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
