JOB FILLED - Supplement Manager

LifeSource is looking for a full-time Supplements Manager to join our team in Salem, OR. We are looking for someone with a passion for supplements and skincare, and a desire to manage a dynamic team. LifeSource is an independently owned natural foods store that has been nourishing our community since 1994.

The Supplement Manager will develop and manage the best wellness department in the Salem shopping area. They will ensure prompt, friendly, knowledgeable customer service in the supplement, health, and beauty, book, and mercantile departments.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has management experience in hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Has demonstrated skills in managing a department and evaluating POS data.
• Is skilled in ordering, merchandising, and managing inventory.
• Has good communication skills, is a good listener, and can give clear instructions.
• Has the ability to motivate others to work as a positive team.
• Is experienced with and passionate about natural and organic foods and wellness products.
• Has a desire to determine, foster, and develop the best qualities and contributions of their department team members.
