Job Description: 
THE POSITION:
We are looking to find a great fit for our small team to help us service our accounts and take our company to the next level. We prefer a passionate and high-energy individual with proven high sales growth with current/ former brands. Experience is not necessary but very helpful, as is some knowedge of the supplements side of the natural foods industry.
  
Responsibilities include:
  • retailer meetings for new item presentations, promotional planning, and product education.

    • Timely new item launches are a critical part of this position so organizational skills are a must.
    • At times this may include setting up merchandising displays, point of purchase materials, and some demo-ing of product at special events.
This position is well suited for someone who likes to drive as most working days will be spent in the field. Occasional weekends may be required during the year for special events. Some overnights may be necessary to service all of the accounts. Good transportation and driving record are a must.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal applicant should have excellent selling skills, professionalism, and strong follow-through. This person would have good organizational skills, be an excellent problem solver, and be computer savvy including good knowledge of Excel. Good social media skills would be helpful!

COMPENSATION:

This position is as an independent contractor (1099). The position will have a monthly draw based on territory sales; actual commissions over the draw paid quarterly (high earning potential). Please contact us for more information about the position and the outstanding brands we represent.
