As a Dietary Supplement (Raw Material) Resource Coordinator, you will be learning, researching, and investigating the nutritional raw materials in our dietary supplements to support questions from customers, sales representatives, and consumers. In addition, you will manage and explore raw material ingredients to establish consumer usage guidelines and propose labeling and regulatory recommendations.
What you will do:
- Research and respond to all incoming technical questions on dietary supplement products and raw materials.
- Update and maintain technical information for all products and ingredients.
- Support the sales team, brand managers, and customer service representatives on technical inquiries for products and raw materials.
- Organize and archive technical information for easy retrieval.
- Maintain the Product Technical Resources SharePoint site.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors in scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, or nutrition).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Problem solving skills including the ability to define problems and present solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to shift tasks in fast paced work environment.
- Proven computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics Nav, SharePoint, and the Internet.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exemplary planning, project management, and time management skills.
