About the job –
The Account Manager leads the customer relationship of Lundberg Family Farms products across our distributor(s) and retailers and is charged with delivering the sales, trade, and profit plan for their respective business. The Account Manager builds account-specific business plans that address key customer opportunities, competitive threats, and distribution / space / pricing / promotion direction. Position is largely E-Commerce & Natural Retail Channel focused.
Who we are looking for –
The perfect fit for the Account Manager is someone who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or other related field with progressive managerial responsibilities. This person should have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry as well as proven experience across 1-2 retail channels of business including natural, and e-commerce/Amazon.com. Must also maintain a valid driver’s license or in the state of residence and meet insurability standards of our auto insurance carrier. Preferably, this person has experience working directly with regional (to national) retailers and distributors.
