We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative / Account Manager to support business development and account growth for Ahiflower Oil within the North American human and animal nutrition markets.

This role will focus on building relationships with contract manufacturers, dietary supplement brands, and pet nutrition companies to identify projects where Ahiflower oil can be used for its omega 3-6-9 nutritional value.

The ideal candidate has prior experience selling omega-3 or specialty nutritional ingredients including flaxseed oil and is comfortable prospecting new customers and new business development opportunities. This person will work with the Omega Category Manager to support sales growth through new accounts, inbound leads, prospecting at trade events, and more.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Drive new sales and revenue growth for Ahiflower Oil in North America.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with:
    • Dietary supplement brands
    • Contract manufacturers
    • Functional food companies
    • Pet nutrition companies
  • Deliver product presentations, technical sales discussions, and value propositions.
  • Support the company at major industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Coordinate with marketing, technical, and supply chain teams to support customer projects.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and report activity through CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in omega-3 nutrition.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in nutritional ingredients, preferably omega-3 oils or specialty lipids.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Existing relationships within dietary supplement, functional food, and pet nutrition accounts
  • Understanding of nutritional ingredient commercialization and product development cycles.
  • Ability to communicate scientific and nutritional benefits to commercial audiences.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry trade shows.
