The Regional Salesperson position will present, sell, and manage all company branded products into natural and independent retailers as well as some small to mid-size chains. Focus categories are HBA, Grocery, Cough Cold, Candy, Baking and Front End as well as potential new points of distribution.
This position reports to the National Sales Director.
- Telecommute and/or video conference with existing and new customers to discuss our products, promotions, and their needs – approximately 60%
- Travel to retailers in the assigned region – approximately 40%
- Identify, manage, and maintain the category review process for all assigned retailers
- Maintain consistent dialogue with retailers
- Achieve sales growth goals
- Work in a team environment to contribute to sales strategies
- Participate in trade shows, consumer events and trainings
- Manage expenses staying within assigned budget requirements
- On time deliverables
- Sales knowledge and experience in the natural channel a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
