The Opportunity

This is not a maintenance role. We’re looking for someone who can hunt new business and grow existing accounts — someone who wants real ownership of a high-potential territory. 
You’ll have autonomy, executive visibility, and the ability to directly impact growth.

What You'll Own

  • Drive new distribution across natural & conventional channels
  • Expand placement, promotions, and shelf presence in existing accounts
  • Lead and hold brokers accountable to growth targets
  • Build direct relationships with buyers and distributors
  • Manage trade spend and promotional ROI
  • Use Circana/IRI/Nielsen and retailer portals to guide decisions
  • Represent the company at key customer meetings and trade shows

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of CPG sales experience (natural products a strong plus)
  • Experience working with brokers and/or retail buyers
  • Competitive, self-directed, and comfortable opening new doors
  • Analytical enough to manage budgets and trade spend efficiency
  • Strong presenter and relationship builder
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Based in the Eastern region (NY Metro preferred)
