This position requires passion, reliability, and above all, the ability to work on multiple projects at a time.

We invest in our employees and set them up for success. This position offers training from the ground up, and ongoing daily support from multiple positions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Field sales and merchandising: Manage and increase sales at all retailers included in the defined territory.  Some of the responsibilities include: Presenting, training, and selling in products from our portfolio of brands
  • Weekly schedule of 4 days seeing accounts in the field and 1 day/home office
  • Territory visits will include overnight travel
  • Providing timely and effective communication between our clients and retailers
  • Attend virtual sales meetings, and be available to travel to vendor and industry trade shows, and team events
  • Accompany our clients in the territory to train and engage store staff
  • Build relationships at every level to provide best-in-class customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Desired candidate should reside in the greater Oklahoma City, OK area
  • Be a great communicator or willing to learn how to be one
  • A true team player able to collaborate and share tasks; willing to mentor and be mentored
  • Small to medium home office space required with a quiet space to hold Web Meetings and store product samples
  • Able to accept deliveries to your home address
  • Dependable transportation in excellent condition is required
  • Clean driving record in good standing, with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Candidate must always exhibit a professional mindset and appearance
  • Love the ability to do something new and unique each day, this is NOT a mindless job.  Details are everything
  • Sales can be a rapidly changing environment; our new hire should be adaptable and flexible
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time, at a desk or while driving. Some longer days in the field and car required
  • Be able to manage your own time and deadlines
  • Know your way around Microsoft Office Suite

COMPENSATION:

  • Full-time W2 Salaried- final salary offered will be based on experience and job scope; Part-time may be considered or offered as a trial period
