Lundberg Family Farms is now hiring a Director of Sales! 

The Director of Sales is a key member of the Lundberg Family Farms Leadership Team and is responsible for leading and implementing sales efforts consistent with the company’s strategies and overall sales plan objectives. 

The Director of Sales leads key customers in the national Mass, Club & Grocery channels and establishes effective sales strategies/tactics to achieve expected net revenue and profit results per the company’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

This position will collaborate with customers as well as Lundberg’s Vice President of Sales, Customer Marketing, Marketing and Finance teams in the development of the Annual Operating Plan.  This includes setting the strategic agenda for distribution, shelf placement, pricing, and promotional plans that deliver against net revenue and in-store execution expectations.

The perfect fit for the Director of Sales is someone who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or other related field with progressive managerial responsibilities. This person should also have 10+ years of sales experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, preferably in food categories, as well as experience working directly with major retailers (national to regional), distributors, brokers, and direct store distribution. Must maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residence and meet insurability standards of our auto insurance carrier. Preferably, this person will have in-depth experience in natural, grocery, mass, club, and e-commerce channels, as well as experience directly leading Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's and/or Kroger.
