Job Summary
Effectively assist customers with nutritional supplement choices. Perform normal day to day duties associated with retail sales, inventory, and store upkeep.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist customers and answer questions regarding nutritional supplement choices.
  • Efficiently process customer register transactions including purchases and returns.
  • Process incoming orders including input into inventory and shelf placement.
  • Answer phone inquiries from customers and vendors.
  • Eventual responsibility of product stock evaluation and ordering.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as trained
  • Perform additional duties as required such as general cleaning and filing. 
Experience and Abilities
  • Extensive knowledge of herbs, vitamins, and nutraceuticals.
  • Knowledge of sports supplements a plus.
  • Minimum three to five-year experience in retail vitamin/health supplement sales. 
  • Passion for health and wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends) depending on business needs.
  • Dependable and punctual. 
Part Time – 20-26 Hours Weekly
