Job Description: 

Sales Manager Green Source Organics is a worldwide, wholesale, natural ingredient supplier renowned for high quality, botanical and marine ingredients servicing various industries including: Functional Food & Beverage, Nutraceuticals, Animal Nutrition, Cosmeceutical and Industrial.

Position: Experienced Sales Manager seeking a long-term career opportunity.

Experience: 3-7 years in Sales or as a Sales Managers in food, beverage, commodities, food science, human or animal nutrition.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets
• Recruit, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them • Set quotas, evaluate and adjust performance, and develop processes that drive sales
• Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

• Superb leadership ability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Understands ingredient applications across industry sectors
• Familiarity using MAC computers and software
• Excellent communication, writing and negotiation skills
• Experience building and delivering engaging product presentations
• Must have past experience & in-depth knowledge of ingredients from botanical extracts, proteins, flavors/colors, lipids, essential oils/oleoresins sweeteners and an understanding of their biological benefits and manufacturing applications.
